This weeks recipe is Semolina Bread. It is a yeasted bread made with Semolina flour. It was a long process of 2 hour risings between each step. The dough didn’t rise as much as I would have expected.
It was a very sticky dough so when it came time to use the razor blade for the slash lines the dough deflated a little.
I decided to use an egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
It was very good toasted with butter.

I expected more of a rise too. Maybe it was supposed to be flat? Your bread looks pretty.
