I made my bread with hard red winter wheat flour from Community Grains. The flour has a wonderful nutty flavor. As Michael Pollan believes the single best food we should be eating everyday is whole grains.

This bread recipe was very easy to make. I was not able to find the malt extract so I used molasses. I will definitely make this again.
